Initiator and strategist with roots in the archipelago
Olav is the initiator and chairman of the board of Vårt Øyrike AS. On historic gorunds, he has built and developed a unique place for experiences, gatherings, and accommodation in the coastal landscape west of Bømlo. With solid business experience and strong local roots, he provides the project with direction, quality, and a focus on sustainable development. His vision is clear: to create an area where people thrive, with nature, culture, and quality at the core.
Mona
Host, storyteller and eye for detail
Mona is an energetic and engaged woman from Northern Norway who found her way to Western Norway through love—and stayed for the nature, the people, and the opportunities. With experience from business and industry organizations, she brings strong expertise in customer relations, communication, and experience development. She is passionate about service, well-being, and creating meaningful connections between people. Together with Olav, she works to ensure that every stay feels warm, well considered, and genuine.
